This is the Fairythorn GPSR representation refund and cancelation policy.

Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable once processed, as the service is provided for the selected period.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing Ciara@TheFairythorn.ie, or via PayPal.
Cancellations must be requested at least 3 working days before your next payment is due. This is to avoid being charged for another period.
Upon cancellation, you must:
– Update your shop settings (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) to remove The Fairythorn as your EU representative within 5 working days.
– Update any PDFs or product listings for future sales to reflect this change.
– Important: By law, The Fairythorn must hold records for 10 years. Therefore the safety forms you completed while subscribed will be retained. Products you sold before cancellation are covered for this time. This will expire 10 years after the day your subscription expires.

This applies only to sales already made, not future sales of the same product.

Communication:

– If cancelling via PayPal, please also email us to confirm whether you are:
– No longer selling.
– No longer selling to the EU.
– Using another representative
